So, I went through the interview process for Thorogood on campus. It was all about digging deep into my resume, like projects and past work, with a panel of two interviewers asking detailed questions. They really focused on any ML or data science stuff I had listed and wanted me to explain it thoroughly. I got screened out after this first round. From what I heard, the next stage was at their Bangalore office and was a super intense day with 5 rounds, including case interviews, guesstimates, and group discussions.

Started with a college analytical round where they asked questions about data, charts, and analysis. Then there was Interview 1, which was a conversation based on my resume. After that, I went to their office for a case study round. In this round, I had to act as an advisor for an investment firm and choose one of three companies to invest in, justifying my choice with stats and details from a document. Next was a situation-based round where I was given a scenario and had to ask questions to get more details before making a choice. Following that, there was a group work session where interviewees worked together on a task, and they evaluated group skills like participation, alertness, and listening. Finally, there was a final interview, which was a conversation based on my resume and the entire process.

The interview process had 3 rounds. First was an online test, which included an aptitude section (45 mins) and an essay writing section (15 mins, choose one topic). This tested problem-solving, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. Then there was a face-to-face interview focusing on resume details and scenario-based questions. Finally, an assessment center with four parts: a case study, a fact-finding exercise, a group discussion, and an interview, all requiring you to be thorough with your resume.
