I applied via my college's placement drive. First, there was an aptitude test, which had a communication section where I had to write about adjusting to life in a new city if hired by Thorogood. It also included quantitative analysis and data interpretation questions. After that, I had an interview that mostly focused on the projects listed on my CV. The next stage was an Assessment Centre, a full-day event with four parts: a Case Study, a Fact Finding Round, a Group Discussion, and an HR Interview. This part doesn't really require prep, just be good at solving problems on the spot.

The interview process started with a technical interview over the phone that lasted about an hour. Following that, there was a competency interview, also on the phone, for roughly an hour. The next stage was an Assessment Center interview held at the Bangalore Office, which was a more extensive, 4-hour session. This assessment center included a case study that needed to be tackled within approximately 3 hours, followed immediately by a presentation of the study's findings. Finally, after these steps, a personal interview was conducted.
