Data Analyst
First, there was a test with aptitude questions. Then, a resume-based interview. Finally, you'll come to the office for analytical rounds and HR. The last day has 4 rounds total, including HR, where you'll have to make business decisions given a situation.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you encountered in past projects.
- Given a scenario, what business decisions would you make?
Data Analyst Consultant
It was a calm interview, with few technical questions. The main goal was to get to know me, asking about past experiences, how I acted in certain situations and how I would act in specific circumstances.
- Can you tell me about your previous role, including challenges faced and how you successfully navigated them?
Data Analyst Consultant
The process started with an online exam containing two writing questions and 24 aptitude questions. After submitting the writing tasks, which had a 15-minute time limit, I was moved to the aptitude questions. The aptitude questions weren't too difficult, but the time was tight. Following the online exam, there was an interview round and then an assessment round.
- Describe the challenges you faced when relocating to a new city, in 300 words.
- How do you see yourself growing within our company?
- Numerical reasoning aptitude questions.
