The interview process started with an aptitude test that mainly focused on data interpretation. This was followed by two days of personal interviews, with two interviewers for each candidate. Next, there was a case study, and then a group discussion. The final stage was a personal interview conducted at the Bangalore office.

The first round was an online test with two parts. The first part involved writing an essay, with two choices: 1. What do you think about Thorogood and how do you face challenges in the company? 2. How do you manage when you have to move to a new city for work? After the essay, there were aptitude questions like data interpretation, data sufficiency, verbal reasoning, and logical reasoning. Time was tight, so we had to be quick. Out of 87 people, 12 qualified for the second round, and I was one of them. The second round had both a Skype interview and a face-to-face interview on campus. I had the face-to-face one. They asked me to introduce myself and then explain my projects. They questioned everything about my projects, so make sure you know your projects inside out because the interviewer takes notes and asks questions based on what you say. Finally, I was asked to ask a question. Only two people were selected from the interview.

Got through the first round which had aptitude questions and two writing parts. Out of 250 students, only 16 were shortlisted for the interview. The interview itself was 45 minutes long and covered both technical and general topics. They were really interested in our projects, so it's important to be fully prepared on what you've put on your resume.
