Recruitment Consultant
The screening process was professional and welcoming and I was initially impressed by the company. Having arrived to the interview on time, I was not seen to until half an hour later, which wasn't a huge deal. The interview itself was enjoyable and I got a great sense of the company themselves and all seemed well. I was told I would be contacted with feedback in the afternoon. I didn't receive a call. I was then contacted the following day by the internal recruiter asking if I was available for feedback call that afternoon, which I confirmed I was. This message was read and I still did not receive a call. Despite my initial positive thoughts in the interview process, I was left disappointed.

Resourcer
I went through a recruitment company for this, and the whole thing took about two weeks. The first interview was with the directors Nick and Christ, which was great. Then I had a second interview where I met Karan and some other people working there to get a different view of the job. After that, I got to meet a few of the team, which was a really nice experience.
- Can you describe your understanding of a recruiter's role?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
- Describe an instance where you demonstrated resilience.
Talent Manager
The interview process had 3 stages: first, a phone interview with a recruiter, then two face-to-face interviews with the hiring managers. The whole process took 6 weeks. After the first two interviews (phone and the first face-to-face), I got feedback within a few days. After the final interview, on the same day, I was told I'd hear back within a week. That was 8 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard back, even after asking the recruiter multiple times.
- Can you walk me through your career history?
Consulting
The interview process has a lot of stages, which felt really repetitive, almost like a scam. They tend to ask the same questions, and you have to give the same answers. Also, there's inconsistency in how they review resumes, and the interview channels are unclear, lacking a proper structure.
