I had a pretty straightforward interview process where I met with two people. It seemed more like a casual chat to get to know each other rather than a formal interview. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them after that. The hotel where the interview was held had a very fancy atmosphere.

I had two in-person interviews. First, I met with HR reps. Then, I met with the GM of the property and some people who would be my potential team members. They didn't ask me any questions directly related to the job duties, but instead focused on my past work history and my future goals.

I sent in my resume and they got back to me about two weeks later. I talked to two managers, then someone from upper management a few days after that, and finally the General Manager of the hotel. After passing a background check and a drug test, I got the job. The whole thing took about a month and a half.

Had a phone interview with the Front Office Manager, and he basically said he liked my resume and asked when I could come in. I went in two days later and met with the FOM, AFOM, and the General Manager. They offered me the job at the end of the week.
