First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ThomasArts.
Contractor
It was pretty straightforward. They threw some technical questions my way that were related to the job. They kept me in the loop about what they needed and the job description before, during, and after.
- Can you find an insight in this analytic report?
Digital Marketing Specialist
I was told a lot of things about how the company respects its employees, but it turned out to be untrue. I was hired expecting to stay long-term, but I was let go within a year because of bad decisions made by the executives.
- What do you think is your best skill set?
Systems Administrator
I went through a recruiting agency for this role, so most of the feedback came through them. The in-person part involved meeting with the engineering director and some developers at their office. I also met with a group of developers and IT managers.
- Can you discuss general technical aspects relevant to the role and your background?
- Tell me about your background.
- Could you provide some background information?
Account Executive
The recruiter was a bit disorganized, sending invites for times we didn't agree on, and generally wasn't the best source for info. The actual interviews themselves were okay.
