First I had a phone chat with HR, which went fine. Then they had me come into the office. The next interview was with HR and a senior accounting associate. The last interview was with the Accounting Director. Everyone was super nice. They asked typical behavioral questions.

They first checked my background to see if I was a good fit. The company uses scrum for their workflow, which is different from most accounting firms. I had scheduled meetings with different people who asked about my past work. They asked some technical questions, but they were mostly related to my background and experience.

This interview process was terrible. They rescheduled my interview four times on the same day, and only told me about the changes 5 minutes beforehand. They initially said two people would interview me for 10 minutes, but it ended up being over an hour with four interviewers. It was very disorganized.
