Great interview process! You are able to get a great feel for the company and what they have to offer. I love that Thomas puts emphasis on culture and selecting the right candidate that fits into the culture they are trying to build/maintain.

It was a pretty normal interview process, with typical questions you'd expect. Basic prep should get you ready. I talked to three different people. They seem to want prior experience, even for their entry-level sales positions.

I really liked/appreciated everyone I interacted with. However, stringing me along 5+ interviews and acting like I will get an offer the whole time, only to ghost me shortly after, is not fair/ethical practice. I work full-time and had to come up with one excuse after another to attend those interviews. A simple phone call or email is necessary at that point in my opinion.
