The interview process took about two weeks and included a few interviews. It felt like a casual chat, and they asked some scenario-based questions, but nothing too out there. They were very open about everything. I met with management and some of the team members who do the same job.

The interview was pretty chill, in a good way. It felt more like a conversation where they gave a thorough rundown of the job and let me ask loads of questions. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I felt really at ease, which isn't always the vibe in interviews.

After I applied, the director emailed me to set up an in-person interview. It was less than 30 minutes long. The director was really charismatic and intimidating, and I was so nervous because it was my first job interview after college. She told me the starting salary and described the benefits. It seemed like there was no room to negotiate the salary. I'm not sure if they were going to offer me the job right then, and I can't remember if she gave me a timeline for when she'd get back to me. After the interview, I emailed the director a few times about the decision, and she finally sent the written offer, and we picked a start date.

We talked about the job duties, the benefits, and I got a tour of the place. First, I had a formal in-person interview with the director. Then, on another day, I had a peer interview where I got to shadow someone who already worked there for the whole day.
