I went through 2 interview rounds for a contract Mobile Tester role at RIM. The first was a phone call where they wanted to check my grasp of Agile, my mobile app testing abilities, and my understanding of the SDLC. The second round was a face-to-face interview that I felt I handled really well.

It was a phone interview with the Recruiter first. Then I had an interview with HR, followed by another interview with the Manager. Then the Area Manager who I would be working under on the shift I applied for interviewed me. This whole thing took a few weeks. After they decided, they just emailed me an offer letter.
