They contacted me about 2 days after I submitted my application. The interviewer mostly asked about my resume and past development projects. After that, I was asked to submit writing samples. The following week, I was told they selected a more qualified candidate.

super unprofessional, ghosted me for most of the process even after 2 interviews and asking for 3-5 writing samples. I followed up like 3-4 times to see if I was still in consideration, and only got confirmation after the third follow-up, then got ghosted again.

Submitted a cover letter, two writing samples, and my resume. About 3-4 weeks later, I had a short interview, around 20-25 minutes. They offered me a second round on the spot, which was a writing sample. I had to answer some communications questions, write sample tweets and posts for a product, and draft a press release. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back and I got the offer.
