Got a call to schedule the interview, pretty quick chat. Then I had two interviews: first was a one-on-one with the Executive Director, and then a group interview with the team I'd be joining.

The supervisors can be pretty gruff and intimidating, but that's just how it is here. They'll ask you about any abuse you've experienced and how you dealt with it; actually, if you've been through abuse, sharing that can earn you points and make them more likely to hire you. They'll also ask if you're comfortable working with sex offenders, your motivation for wanting the job, and your main strengths and weaknesses. They're looking for people who are authoritative, so make sure you project confidence and don't use a timid voice. You'll probably also be asked about your learning goals and your teamwork style. It's a pretty fast interview. Just be honest and confident, and you'll do great.
