my interview process was pretty easy all things considered. first step was a 20-30 minute phone call, followed by a 1 hour in person interview a couple days later. offer came a couple of days after my second interview.

i had a interview with 3 regional managers and a hr person. The hr person asked and answered 95% of the questions, while one of the regional managers didn't ask anything. It was kinda awkward because the hr person would ask a question and I felt like I should be looking at the regional managers when I answered. They told me I would be in training for 1 1/2 to 2 years for the same job I've been doing at another bank for years, which I wasn't thrilled about.
