My interview process with the company was a positive experience overall. All my interactions were via Zoom, and the interviewers were consistently professional and enthusiastic about their work at the company. Despite going through numerous interviews, I was ultimately informed that they were unable to offer the position due to budget constraints, which was quite disheartening. I would have gladly accepted the role if an offer had been extended.

I went through five rounds of interviews, starting with an HR phone screening. Then I had an interview with the manager, followed by two back-to-back interviews with a designer and the design director. The final round was an interview with the VP of product development. I was a bit worried after each interview because some reviews mentioned people getting ghosted, but the HR manager I was in touch with kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Everyone I met was very friendly and took the time to explain the role and asked situational questions. One thing I noticed is that the team seemed to need to clarify the job description. I felt like we were all on the same page from the first to the fourth round, but the VP seemed to be looking for a very specific profile, and I wish that had been discussed earlier, like in the second round. After my last interview, while I was waiting to hear back, I saw the job posting again with a different title but the same description. That's when I knew I didn't get the job. I received the rejection email a few days after noticing that, about two weeks after my final interview. This whole experience was a valuable lesson.

Behavioral Technical Case

The whole hiring process took about a month, and it was one of the best experiences I've had interviewing with companies. I applied online and shortly after, the Thinx Talent Team reached out. The hiring process involved an initial kickoff call with Talent, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. Then there was an excel quiz, and after that, two separate video calls on the same day with two different directors. Next, I had a video call with two future teammates, then a follow-up call with the hiring manager, and finally, an offer. The Talent Team member, Christine, was amazing throughout the entire process, providing consistent and transparent communication, which made it enjoyable. I never had to chase her for updates because she was always responsive. I'm really looking forward to joining this company and team.

don't waste your time with this company. I had a internal and external recruiter reach out to me for positions in the company saying I'd be a great fit. Both passed my resume along I noticed multiple employees viewed my LinkedIn profile (the only difference from my LI profile & my resume is a picture of me). A week later I reached back out to my recruiter and was ghosted by the internal recruiter, my external recruiter had to follow up multiple days to get an answer. I never got a chance to interview, multiple people looked at my linkedin profile, 2 different people said I'd be a good fit for the position and I don't hear anything back from the company. After reading the reviews of the company and all of the other interview experiences it's clear that there is a real bias problem when it comes to recruiting within this company.
