My interview was a couple of years back, and honestly, it was one of the smoothest recruitment processes I've gone through. The person I spoke with was really informative, giving me a good sense of the role and what the company was looking for. Over the next few weeks, I met with three important people for interviews. Each meeting felt productive because they asked relevant questions and were great at answering everything I was curious about. I got feedback within 2-3 days after each interview, and then I eventually got the offer.

The entire interview process, from the start to finish, was really well organized and easy to get. The recruiters, like Ciana who I talked to, were awesome. They explained exactly what to expect for each interview and gave me all the details I needed, making it super easy and not stressful to get ready. The team seemed really interested in how I'd fit in and grow with them, and they knew a lot about what the job involves day-to-day.

I applied for a data science intern role and got a recruiter call. The first interview was delayed and rescheduled a couple of times. During the actual interview, the recruiter revealed the role was actually full-time, not an intern position as advertised. They then asked me some background, experience, and HR questions. It was a standard recruiter call, and I was told I'd hear back in a week. After three weeks of chasing them, I learned the position is on hold and they're not moving forward with applications. Apparently, other students from my university had the same frustrating experience.

I applied through their website which uses Greenhouse. The talent acquisition manager reached out within a few days to schedule a screening call. After some back and forth and cancellations, the call happened about a month after applying. It went well and the manager was personable. I then had two second stage interviews with the European and Global marketing leads. However, both interviewers were late, the calls were rushed and cut short, and they were shorter than the scheduled 30 minutes. There was no structure, and it felt off-the-cuff. The European lead was cold, and the global lead was also cold, though more personable. Two months passed after the interviews with no response to my follow-up emails. I'm still unsure about my application status.
