The company was super quick to reach out and set up an interview, which I think went pretty well. But then, they went ahead and did that super disrespectful thing some companies do now where they just ghost you without giving any kind of decision.

First you fill out an online application on their website. If they like your application, you go to a group interview with other people applying. In the group interview, you'll be put into teams and given tasks to solve together. The staff watches how you work in your team, and they'll contact you later to let you know if you got in. They're looking for teamwork, how much effort you put in, leadership, and initiative. If you're selected, you'll have a more personal interview, and you're guaranteed a position as a volunteer, but it's mainly to get to know you better. Then you'll attend an orientation with other new volunteers, and that's it.
