So, interviewing at Think Jam, which is like this franchise social agency, usually has a bunch of steps to check you out, but for me it was pretty chill and all done over video.

I applied via linkedin/email and got an email back the same day asking me to come in the next day for an interview. It was a nice interview and they got back to me within hours after I left asking me to come back the next day for another interview. After the final interview however, I did have to wait a long time to get an answer. All new employees have to be signed off by the CEO who was in LA at the time and couldn't do so. Subsequently, I thought I hadn't got the job and continued applying then heard back a month later.

I had a really great interview experience with Think Jam. The process involved about two stages, and I talked with different team members who made me feel super comfortable. It was pretty informal, and you could tell people there are really passionate about their work. Sadly, I didn't get an offer, but big props to the team I chatted with – they were awesome throughout the interviews!

The interview was quite informative regarding the company and the specific expectations for the role. It was generally informal, and I met the other employees, which suggested they all had a say in the hiring decision. The team seemed very enthusiastic about their work.
