They keep reposting the same job opening, it seems like they're just collecting resumes and I'm not sure if they actually have many positions available. The take-home assignment is quite lengthy and not very relevant to quality assurance work.

Right after applying, they send a testing task without any initial HR screening interviews. The task felt a bit odd and not entirely relevant to the role. They asked me not to share the task or my solution. I suspect they've been using the same task since around 2018. Due to this secrecy, they don't provide any feedback after rejection. I feel like I could have used those three hours more productively doing something else.

After I sent in my application, I got an invite for an initial interview with HR. They wanted to talk about my background, my past jobs, and if I'd be a good fit for the job and the company. The HR person also went over the job duties, what the company culture is like, my availability, and what I'd expect to be paid.
