Account Manager
Oliver Ohrenstein, the recruiter, was super professional and human throughout the whole thing. He always made sure to clear up any confusion and was always available, handling everything with real care. The company is really lucky to have him. Everyone else I talked to early on was also great – friendly, smart, and inspiring, which made me even more eager to join. That's why I was so let down by the final decision. After putting in so much time and getting good feedback, especially on my case study and presentation, I was told I didn't get the job because I was too qualified. I never thought being overqualified would be a reason to be rejected, particularly when I made it clear how keen I was. The hardest part was that the final rejection came after a quick 30-minute chat with someone who hadn't met me before. Given all the effort and positive vibes up to that point, it felt like some important parts of my performance might have been overlooked.

Account Manager
The interviews had several stages, covering initial introductions and alignment, then diving into job-specific content, and finally assessing knowledge and behavioral aspects. Key parts of the process involved completing a case study and giving a presentation. I found both the preparation and the actual interview process to be very well-organized, open, considerate, involved, and professional. I always felt well taken care of when I had questions.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- Can you tell us about your background?
- What are your thoughts about our company and products?
Key Account Manager
The application process was a warning: a waste of time - it was ridiculously long, non-transparent and difficult. It took me 2 months and many assessments and tasks, many of them having zero to do with the job I was applying for (account manager), to get through to the final stage: the on-site interview. Instead of trying to get to know me, they immediately surprised me with this impossible task to prepare a complete company presentation - using internal and external sources and slides - for them in 20 min time (!). Prep time was originally 30 min, but they took 10 min off as punishment for that I had difficulties finding them. This company is completely data-driven to the point of absurd, which is fine but they should try to act as if potential employees are real human beings. It's a shame as it's a nice product, and having the ideal profile I was going to do an outstanding job for them.
