The process started out really fast, which I was super stoked about. I got through three interview rounds in just two weeks, and I really dug the team's vibe. I was feeling pretty good about the whole thing. They said they'd decide in a few days after my last interview, but then radio silence. The next week, I got another job offer, so I let the Thesis recruiter know I had a decision deadline, but they ghosted me. Kind of a bummer after putting in so much time and effort, but hey, I'm happy with where I landed.

I applied and got an email about my availability. I told them when I could interview. The interview was supposed to be on Zoom, but it got moved to a phone call because their computer wasn't working. The conversation went badly, on both ends. What really made me decide it wasn't going to work out was when someone who sounded like they were in their mid-30s said I wouldn't know myself because I'm so young. That really stuck with me and I knew I wouldn't get a call back. Still haven't heard anything, not even a rejection email.

I went through two interviews. First, the recruiter seemed to really like me. Then, I interviewed with the person I would be supporting, who also thought I was a great fit and gave me an assessment. They mentioned it was a paid assessment, as they don't believe in unpaid work. I completed and submitted the assessment that same evening because I was really eager to move forward. Despite everyone thinking I was a good match, it took a month and multiple follow-ups to get paid for the assessment. I also kept asking about feedback during those follow-ups, but I never received any, not even a rejection email. It's a bit disappointing after all that communication.
