So I took a test and had a call with an engineer, then they invited me to a final round of interviews. But when I said yes, I never heard back. I sent a follow up, still nothing. Honestly, the recruitment process was pretty bad - they were either rude or just disorganized.

It started with recruiting and then a few conversations with the CEO. He's a unique guy. Super smart but socially awkward and gives you zero feedback, verbal or nonverbal, as you talk. It's like talking to a wall, but you know he's smart. You'd have to be a certain type of person to get along with him.

So the interview process was pretty standard. It started with HR, then I talked to the hiring manager, and then I interviewed with the CEO. There was supposed to be an assessment, but I didn't get that far. I had to follow up a lot to get any kind of update. After the CEO interview, they just stopped responding. The CEO interview was different though, it was all about listing accomplishments and then I could ask questions. It really caught me off guard. So, definitely be ready to talk about what you've done and have good questions for the CEO.

The recruiter was great -- really nice, upfront, and way more open than most people I've talked to, which I liked. The whole thing was pretty simple until I had to chat with an executive who wasn't even at the company yet. They didn't seem to know much about the job, so I'm not sure how that talk went for me. But overall, it was a good experience, even though I didn't get an offer.
