Behavioral Technical Coding

I applied to Thermo Fisher in January and was immediately contacted for a first 30-minute phone interview, which was conducted in both English and Italian, covering the type of work I do and a roleplay in English. The second interview was on Teams, lasting 1 hour and 20 minutes with two team leaders from London, and was very difficult, all in English, with questions about sales, soft skills, and the STAR method. I specifically asked when I would get feedback, and they told me within the week. Almost a month has passed, I contacted them again, but no one got back to me, they just disappeared. Truly unreliable and unprofessional, and they are a multinational corporation... a terrible experience.

It started with a presentation, then a group case study in English. There were 3 interviews in total. First, I spoke with the HR manager, then with someone from the marketing department who is also a manager. Lastly, I interviewed with an Instrumental Sales manager. They asked questions about my CV at the beginning and then about my competencies.
