First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Therapeutic Health Services.
Mental Health Therapist
I had a good and collaborative interview with two steps. First over the phone then in person. I was interviewed by a panel of therapists in different areas, Questions were related to the field and the interviewer was competent and pleasant to interact with.
- Could you describe your go-to theoretical framework and elaborate on your reasoning?
- What are your thoughts on cultural competence and how do you approach working with diverse populations?
Medical Assistant
The interview was nice, easy, and friendly. The building was older, but the staff was nice. Parking is included and there are attendants to make you feel safe. The lobby was busy with people and their dogs, but it was welcoming.
- What makes you want to work at this facility?
Administrative Assistant
I found the job posting on a job site and scheduled my interview online. The interview was set for 9:00 am. The person interviewing me was really pleasant and it was a brief chat. They were very encouraging and positive throughout.
- Can you stand for long periods of time?
Nurse Practitioner
The interview process was pretty standard, but what was really annoying was that I had to keep calling them just to get a response. This seems to be a pattern, as even after getting hired, they rarely answer emails quickly.
- Are you comfortable working with homeless individuals?
