The hiring process is long and challenging, but it allows you to envision yourself in the role and prepare better. It includes a 45-min initial qualification call, a 1h45 in-person interview with a first Sales case study, a 1h Sales interview with 2 exercises, a 1h MVP interview with 2 tech profiles, a 1h RDP interview with a PO (Theodo method), and a 30-min interview with a director. Most interviews are in person and not on the same day, so take plenty of days off if you're working. The first two interviews are conducted by a PO who becomes your coach. It's unclear if they are on your side or still evaluating you, and they sometimes try to destabilize you. However, they provide detailed feedback after each interview, helping you correct mistakes and improve throughout the process. The interviews help you process your thoughts, and the long process reinforces the desire to join Theodo! Bonus: low, non-negotiable salary for the job requirements. The coach asks for the exact names of companies where you have ongoing processes to use them against you.

Had 6 interviews total: a personality interview, 4 situational interviews with different case studies, and a manager interview. The situational interviews covered sales, case resolution, and client presentations, all using Théodo methods.

The process was fast and dynamic. There were 4 interviews, all followed by a debrief with the HR team. It was a very stimulating process where you learn a lot during the interviews. You need to show you can quickly integrate feedback and apply it.
