Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was a 5-stage process: First, a culture fit chat with someone from recruiting. Then, a technical interview with a Tech Lead to check my tech basics and see how I'd prioritize for an MVP. After that, I had to present a Product case study to a Lead Product Manager. Then, a role-play of a customer call with a sales team member to qualify a need. Finally, I met with an executive.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you describe the tech interview, which was the second stage? It was a role-play where we both acted as entrepreneurs setting up a marketplace for refurbished cars (like 'Backmarket for cars'). First, I had to convince my associate about the project's viability. Second, I had to draw the wireframes for an MVP, highlighting the most important/priority features for a quick production launch.

Behavioral Case Technical

I applied on the website directly. I had a first interview with HR, then a second 1-hour HR interview with past experience and fit questions. The rest of the process is pretty clear: a case with a group PM, a technical interview, then a C-level interview. The process was quite fast and smooth, the HR team was very responsive, but I didn't continue the process due to other offers that came in first.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Case study on how to drive adoption for a product that was launched.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was a multi-stage process, each stage was eliminatory. First, a quick call after screening to understand motivations. Then, a 1-hour fit interview with a short simulation at the end. After that, a 1-hour 'sales' interview which included fit and 2 sales simulations (client call). Next, a 1-hour 'tech' interview with fit and 3 exercises: web app functioning, quick sizing like consulting strategy on a business model, and rapid MVP creation. Then, a 1-hour 'Product business case' interview, which had to be prepared over a weekend. Finally, one or more interviews with Theodo executives.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Regarding web apps, what are the different components and where do they run? Can you give examples of technologies?
  • Imagine we want to start a used car sales business with two partners, and we want to each pay ourselves €2000/month. What's a viable business model?
