I had several interviews, and they asked me a bunch of questions. I also got to ask them stuff about the job, the company, and how I could grow my career there. The interviews were about 30 minutes each and done over Zoom.

The whole process was super efficient, and everyone was really helpful and open. I talked to a senior MD and three other administrative pros for the final stage. It felt like they were just as interested in getting to know me as I was in learning about the company. My first impression is that this company has great staff relationships.

I went through a one-way video interview where I had to answer 8 questions. After that, I had a recorded interview with another employee that lasted over an hour. We took turns answering the same questions, which was pretty weird. After we finished, we were told the hiring team would review our interviews and get back to us in 48-72 hours. But then, I got an email just 10 minutes after my interview saying I wasn't chosen. No way they could have reviewed our whole long interview that fast.
