Had a 20-minute phone chat with HR first, then an in-person panel interview. The team was really nice and friendly. The face-to-face bit lasted about 30-45 minutes, and they mainly asked about past experiences and how I'd handle things.

I had what I thought was a good interview with two senior women for the Covenant Administrator position. I answered the questions they asked professionally and I felt I was well qualified for the job. I never heard back from them, not even a quick note saying they went with someone else. It was really unprofessional.
