I had an interview with a recruiter who contacted me on LinkedIn. Then, I interviewed with the manager for the role I applied for. After that, I had an interview with another manager. There weren't any technical or behavioral questions, just general questions about my experience and what I'm looking for.

I'm internal and currently work for Southeastern Grocers. I saw this role as a great move for my career goals, so I applied. I loved meeting the leaders from the digital team and appreciated that they updated me on some current initiatives they have in the pipeline for digital marketing and social media. After accepting the position, the SVP of Digital Marketing set up a meeting the following day so we could get to know each other and for him to share some of the Marketing department's goals for the upcoming year. I thought this was a really nice touch and a great move by the SVP. I can't wait to take this next step in my career and I'm glad it's with Southeastern Grocers.

So I had 3 panel interviews. First with HR, then the District Manager and then the Store Manager. They asked me questions and gave me scenarios based on my past job experiences. They also wanted to know about me as a person, not just my experience. Overall it was a really great experience and I felt good after leaving. They said I should hear back in about 10 to 14 days.

I interviewed with my direct boss, a senior developer, and the head of the IT department. It was a pretty standard interview since it was for an entry-level position. We started with a phone screen and then had one onsite interview.
