CRM Manager
The interview process was really put together well. I started with a phone call with a recruiter, which was pretty standard. Then, I had a half-day round-robin session where I interviewed with several people. They asked about 30 very specific questions across three interviews. While I get that they want to be ethical, I felt like they were looking for really narrow answers and not really open to different ways of thinking about things. Everything seemed to go well, and I had good chats, but then they just ghosted me and never got back to me, not even to say no. It was kinda funny lol.
- They asked technical questions related to CRM.
- They asked soft-skill focused questions about organization and leadership.
- They asked at least five very specific situational questions.
HR Business Partner
My first call was with the recruiter, who was really nice and knew a lot about the role. She seemed to really like my background and even asked if I’d be interested in the same job but in a different state, which I said I was open to. A couple of weeks after that, I had what was supposed to be a video chat with the hiring manager. When I logged on at the scheduled time, I saw a message saying the interviewer was in another meeting. Eventually, she called me directly. She said she was having tech issues with the video platform, so I suggested we try again. She turned down the offer and said we could just talk on the phone, even though the link I used ended up working fine. It would have been better if she’d just said she was running late from another meeting. That was just the start of a terrible interview. She started by asking why I wanted to work there. After I answered, she asked what I'd heard about the company in the news lately. Before I could even respond, she interrupted and said, 'and I hope you're not looking it up on the internet because I know what's on there'! I was shocked by how rude she was and her aggressive tone. After I gave my answer, she immediately asked if I had any questions for her. She didn't even try to get to know me or my experience, which made me think she felt threatened by my qualifications. I realized right away that this wasn't a place I'd want to work. If she was going to be a leader there, the company's morale was going to be terrible. Seriously, read all the reviews and make sure you know what you're getting into before applying. For a company that claims to empower and respect women, they really didn't show that during my interview.

Training Manager
I had several phone interviews and was given an assignment to complete. Communication was really bad between interviews, and I often had to chase them after a couple of weeks to find out what was happening next. They originally said they wanted to hire someone within a month, but it took almost two months and I was still interviewing. The worst part was that after I finished all the interviews and the assignment, I just got a generic rejection email from recruiting, with nothing from the hiring manager. It felt really disrespectful considering how much time I invested talking with the team.
- Could you outline a potential training program for a new product?
Staff
It was a pretty standard interview process for a hospitality/restaurant service job. Two managers talked to me about my experience. They asked a couple of questions, but it was mostly conversational. They also asked about my availability. I got a phone offer a week later and got the job.
- Tell me about your experience in hospitality.
