First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The William Warren Group.
Human Resources Coordinator
So the interview process was like, first a phone screening to chat about my background. Then we did a more in-depth video interview. And finally, I went in for an onsite interview to meet the actual team.
- Imagine you had unlimited time and money for two weeks, what would you do?
Property Accountant
I had a screening call with the recruiter. Then, weeks later, I interviewed with the hiring manager, but his audio was really bad and he seemed disengaged. I followed up with the recruiter after two weeks but heard nothing back. Finally, almost two months after the interview, I received an automated email saying I didn't get the job.
- What motivates your interest in the real estate industry?
Call Center Director
The interview process was a friendly collaboration; they genuinely wanted to get to know me and ensure we were a good fit. The recruiter contacted me on Friday, and within a week, I completed 4 interviews. Each one was super interesting and engaging. Once everything was done, I felt ready to make a decision if an offer came.
- What makes you consider a new role?
District Manager
The William Warren team was great! They managed the interview process smoothly from start to finish with hardly any gaps between stages. It felt like they really cared about filling the district manager role, setting up meetings with the VP of Operations, COO, and even peer Q&A sessions. It was thorough but still felt personal. I liked the whole experience.
- Were there different questions you should expect when thinking about a job in the storage or real estate development industry?
