First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Wigwam.
Busser/Food Runner
They asked a few behavioral questions and a lot of questions about whether I could work outside in the heat. They also asked about my schedule and if I had any prior obligations.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Sales Manager
The process went smoothly. It kicked off with a phone call with the Director of Hospitality, followed by another phone interview with the VP of Sales & Marketing. Finally, I was invited on-site for interviews with all the property Directors.
- Can you discuss your professional background?
Food and Beverage Manager
Had a phone interview first. Then followed up with an interview with the Director and another manager. The in person interview felt a bit awkward because they asked a lot of the same things I was asked during the phone interview. I didn't get a follow-up email, so I had to reach out to ask about the status. It's always good to follow up with a candidate, no matter what the outcome.
- Tell me about how you've handled specific situations in the past.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
I recently Interviewed at the Wigwam Arizona Resort. The process was great, a relaxed phone interview first. Then the in person interview was well planned and executed. I hope to get an offer.
