First, there's a pre-screening chat with the CEO's assistant. If they like you, you then get to meet the CEO. Bruce is a really nice guy, but he's direct and tells it like it is. He pretty much gives you the floor but watches what you ask him and about the company. After that, you have to meet the team you might be working with. This part feels like the toughest because they get to decide if you're hired. It's definitely the most unique hiring process I've encountered.

So first you get a phone screen, then they bring you in for an interview. You'll meet the VP, the Group Lead, and some of the top people. You'll just talk about your experience, what you can do for the company, that kind of thing. It's all about seeing if the personalities mesh. If it all works out, they'll call you about a week later with an offer.

I was referred by a friend of the company who set up my interview. I chatted with 4 senior staffing consultants. It was pretty casual. They wanted to know about me, my interest in staffing and sales, and my drive. The next week, I met with the President. It was a quick chat and my chance to ask questions about the company. Then, I met with some newer employees to get a real feel for the job. They really tried to prepare me and make sure I was a good fit and understood the stress and demands.
