First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Waters.
HR
Had a phone screen and then an onsite interview. It was a friendly interview with two people. The questions were good and thoughtful, more like a conversation. They made an offer quickly. It wasn't difficult, but it's best to be prepared.
- How do you keep yourself organized?
Certified Nursing Assistant
The interview was pretty easy, they mostly just wanted to check if I'd be a good fit and actually show up for the job if they hired me.
- Tell me about your experience in this field, if any.
- How do you feel about working with bodily fluids?
- If we extend an offer, are you committed to learning?
Dishwasher
It was a group interview, where we all got asked the same set of questions. Everyone answered them together, and we went in a circle. They stated all the questions upfront. There were candidates for jobs other than dishwashing present too.
- In what ways can you contribute to The Waters?
Registered Nurse
It was a standard interview process. They asked the common questions you'd expect, the kind you can find online or that most companies use. Just be authentic and yourself, and you'll do well.
- What would you say are your biggest strengths?
