Manager
The interview process was casual and friendly. The interviewers were intelligent and knowledgeable about the industry, and I think they will be very successful. I got the impression they were looking for someone younger than me, and it seemed obvious.
- What motivates you to want to be a manager
Nail Technician
Went to two different places for two rounds of interviews. They asked if I had a preference on location, but then dismissed it. It was also unclear about the starting pay. It turned out to be minimum wage, $8.50.
- Why do you want to work for this company?
Nail Technician
It was a good interview overall, felt like a good chance to grow in a busy salon. The vibe was professional but chill. It was more like a chat than a formal interview, so it was pretty comfortable.
