The process was pretty straightforward. I sent in my application, then I had a couple of chats with the general manager and the bar manager. They got back to me with an offer about two weeks later.

I had a really good interview experience. They made me feel really comfortable, and they were very reassuring. Even though I didn't have any prior experience, they were happy to hire me and were ready to train me. Their training program is also really good.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through a few rounds of interviews, but then they ghosted me even after I followed up. I felt like they were just stringing me along. The hiring manager also talked down my experience, which was really unprofessional. It's basic decency to at least update candidates, especially when you've already decided. They could have at least done that after wasting my time preparing and interviewing.
