First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Vets.
Operations Director
This interview process was a bit unusual for the role and industry. They wanted to understand my approach to policy reform, and they were a startup. The interviews seemed more about pushing specific agendas than discussing broad leadership strategies.
- How do you promote revenue-generating initiatives?
Booking Agent
I put in an application online and then they got in touch for an interview, then another one. A few days after that, they gave me the job. They sent me an offer letter to sign.
- What was something you liked about your previous jobs?
- What was something you didn't like about your previous jobs?
Accountant
It was a pretty solid interview process. I had a screening call with the recruiter, then an interview with some team members. Nothing too bad, and the company is great with lots of benefits.
- What's your experience level with Quickbooks?
Booking Agent
It was super easy from beginning to end. I did three rounds of interviews and got hired within a week. The first one was a phone call. Then I had a Zoom interview with the team leaders. The last interview was with the Director of sales. After that, they did a background and reference check, and then I got the offer.
- Can you explain why you believe you'd be a good fit for this role?
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- What vaccinations would you suggest for a pet that spends time outdoors?
