Got an email, then a call to confirm the interview date and time. When I got to their office, they were very professional. Offered me coffee and asked me to wait a bit. The interviewer came and took me to the meeting room.

A short initial chat with HR was conducted where they asked basic questions about Clinical Research and Development and my interests. After that, I was called for the final round, which involved an IQ test and a personality assessment. Job confirmation came via a call on the third day.

After my resume was reviewed, I was asked for a phone call interview which lasted about 40 minutes. Then I was invited to the next stage, which was to submit a writing sample. Despite my 25 years of experience and existing samples, they didn't ask for them. Instead, they gave me a topic to research and write about, including references, estimating it would take about 3 hours. I submitted it and then heard nothing back, not even a thank you. I'm wondering if they'll use my research without compensation, which seems like they're just collecting free work. It's unfair to those who put effort into their writing. I'll be warning writer associations about this company.

  • They asked me to write a 'test' research article.
