I had an interview with two people. They asked me how I felt about making calls and I did a practice call with a script. It was a really engaging conversation. They also asked about my previous work experience.

This was a recruiter call with questions about my background and values. They asked about what I like, what I like to do, the people I like to work with, the tasks I like to perform, the locations I'm able to work at, and if I'm able to relocate if needed.

So, to get hired, we have this interview process, right? It's pretty straightforward. First, there's a structured interview where I'll hit you with about 20 questions, all tailored to the security gig, basically seeing how you'd handle stuff. After that, if you pass that, you gotta do a physical agility test. That includes running 1.5 miles in under 17.5 minutes, doing 18 push-ups (no time limit on that), and 20 sit-ups in a minute. Then we'll do a background check.

This process was pretty straight forward but I will never apply to TU again. They contact your references and request an LOR before offering an interview, which is a waste of time for them. Salary is not disclosed until after the interview, and what was offered was significantly under market rate for my experience. They charge so much for tuition and run on very cheap labor.
