You first submit an application online, and then you'll hear back from us via email or phone call. If we think you're a good fit, we'll set up a time for you to come in and chat with the General or Assistant manager. They'll ask you about your past jobs and when you're available to work, just to see if you'd work well with our company.
- Can you describe your experience working in fast-paced and high-pressure situations?
Host
The interviewer, who turned out to be the location manager, was really nice and the chat lasted about half an hour. They asked some basic stuff about my resume and how I found out about the job.
- Could you give me an overview of your resume?
Host
The interview process was pretty easy and comfortable. I'd recommend it for a first job. They asked about my prior customer service and restaurant experience.
- Tell me about your customer service experience.
- Do you have any restaurant experience?
Busser
The manager will chat with you about any past experience you might have for this job. They'll wanna know what you can bring to the team here. It's a pretty chill interview, only about 10 minutes. After that, they'll tell you about the place and how things work, including what the uniforms look like. That's when you know you've got the job.
- Do you have any busser experience?
