I applied online and then got an email. Had a call with two interviewers who were not friendly and didn't try to make me feel comfortable. They asked me a lot of questions and made me feel like I didn't have enough experience even though they knew that already from my resume and portfolio. I think they only mentioned diversity and inclusion because of my race.

I can't fault the people I talked to, who were all lovely, rather how the process ended (or rather didn't) which left a bad taste. I made it to the final stage and on sending a follow up email to pass on my thanks...nothing. So I was effectively ghosted. I appreciate that having to tell someone they haven't got the gig is awkward, but having made it to the final stage it really should be common courtesy to send the applicant some form of correspondence.

They replied fast after I applied. The offered salary was pretty low for the job (£25-35k). I had a chill video call with a current employee and was given a task to do. I did the task, and honestly, I didn't get any feedback on it. They said they were still interviewing people and that I'd hear back by the end of the month, which was three weeks away. I pretty much knew then that I wouldn't get a response, and I didn't.
