It was a good process, be ready and learn about the company, its leaders and do your research. The discussion touched on many aspects of you and also gave you a chance to learn. I went through 3 rounds but I'm not sure if they will pay me what I expect for my experience.

The process started with a phone call with a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition team member. While I appreciated the time she spent talking with me, I feel like we could have been more efficient by focusing on the most relevant parts of my resume instead of going through everything. Given the company's growth and recent public offering, I was expecting a more polished interview process. It felt more like a checklist exercise than a real conversation. It's been weeks without an update, and frankly, the candidate experience hasn't made me eager to join the team.

Started with a pre-screen phone chat with a business partner to go over my background, why I'm looking to leave, and basic sourcing/business/process skills. Then had a call with the manager focusing on high-level strategy, how I'd define my role as a recruiting leader, and a lot on how I interpret candidate aptitude and skill and what that translates to beyond personality. They also did a technical interview, talked about company culture, and wanted to get to know me as a person, thinking global. Had interviews with hiring managers too, focusing on culture, why The Trade Desk, and sourcing strategy for hard-to-find talent and difficult managers. They really care about company culture and want to know how you genuinely stand out, and can tell if you're just saying what they want to hear. It was a pretty good experience, with many touch points and interviews covering different topics instead of repeating questions. They aren't trying to trip you up, but some questions do make you think.
