I applied online and got referred. Then a recruiter called me. After that, there was a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a 30-minute meeting with the department director. Then I had a take-home test, and finally, I presented that test to a panel. The response time between stages was slow, taking about 3 months to reach the final round. The take-home test took around 4 hours and needed good adtech and market research knowledge.

So I went through 6 rounds of interviews for this role. As a college grad, I'd say skip this. The people I talked to were nice, but they all asked the same questions in each 1-hour interview. I'm not mad about being rejected, but it's the fact that they stretched it to 6 interviews when it could have been just one that made me want to stop job hunting. This experience really got me down. Especially since it was an entry-level position, it's pretty frustrating.
