It was a 6 round process. First, a Zoom call with HR. Then, a physical interview with the hiring manager. After that, a physical interview with a team mate. Next, a physical group interview with potential colleagues. Then, a physical individual interview with a potential colleague. Behavioral Presentation

This hiring process was unexpectedly lengthy. I went through four distinct stages: an initial phone call, followed by a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager, then a substantial 2-3 hour team visit, and finally, a 30-minute pitch presentation. The earlier parts were pretty standard, asking about my background and my interest in TTD. However, the pitch itself was very fast-paced, and the team asked me so many questions consecutively that it was tough to get through my material without seeming impolite.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very short and negative with the hiring manager, who seemed to be having a bad day because their stock had dropped 20% the day before. After his bad attitude on almost everything I offered, I would never consider working for him. It seems The Trade Desk doesn't live up to the hype of being a great place to work. If the culture is reflected in its Sales leaders, this company will see much more turnover in this area.
