The interview process was very straightforward and positive. The people I met were good and asked standard questions. I was asked about my background and why I was looking to make a role change from my then-current position. I met with the then-head of production and the meeting was less than 30 minutes.

The interview process was good, with clear communication and fast replies. The first round was pretty thorough, and then I had a face-to-face interview with the recruiter and management where they asked about my experience and skills.

After I applied, they took over a MONTH to get back to me. First, they set up a phone interview that lasted at least 30 minutes. The next day, they were supposed to have an on-site interview, but they canceled it last minute and rescheduled it for the following week. Then, I was interviewed on a cold, noisy balcony with three interviewers, and one had to leave early. They put me on hold for THREE WEEKS because it was right before the holidays, and after all that waiting, they sent a rejection message that seemed like an automated, cut-and-paste response. They really can't seem to keep things organized or on time, and they waste your time and gaslight you by pretending to be a great company, totally devaluing your worth.
