I interviewed with the Chief Revenue Officer. The interview went fine, but there was no follow-up communication afterwards. I sent a follow-up email about the status of my final interview but never got a response. I think communication is important and would have appreciated an update. The lack of follow-up made me feel less positive about the company's communication.

It was straightforward, with 3 interviews with the main decision makers of the department. It started virtually and then I met the team in person to go over my background and their current systems.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process was great. They flew me in from out of town for deep dives with the whole team. I got to learn about how the org worked, their editorial, data, and strategic challenges, and how this role would help solve them. I also discussed resources needed to be successful, with the assurance that I'd get them if hired.

Behavioral Other

I applied online for the internship, and then got an email to set up a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, they told me about the test. The test was to write social media posts for Texas Tribune articles and do some newsletter exercises that were related to what the internship would be doing.
