It was a 2-day interview process. I met with all the editors, senior management, and got a tour of the building. I had to repeat my answers to several people. They wanted to see that I knew the company and some of their past stories. They emphasized a digital-first approach.

I interviewed with three people who seemed to be supervisors and also with some of the folks I might be working with. They asked me about my experience related to the job, threw in some behavioral questions, and asked what I'd do if I got the job. The whole thing took about 6 weeks.
