There were a few steps. First, I talked to HR. They asked about my background, my current job, and my salary expectations, and they also told me about the role. If you pass that, you move on to a user study, then a case analysis, and finally an interview with the director.

It was a standard process with a few steps like Human Capital Interview 1 & 2, a User Interview, and then an Interview with the Directors. The questions weren't too hard, they focused on personal life, work history, and academic stuff (like explaining your thesis and activities from school). The interviewer was good and left a good impression.

Last year, I went through a recruitment process. It included an interview with HRD, a user interview, a case study, and a psychometric test. I completed all the processes on time as scheduled. However, what was disappointing was that after the psychotest, they didn't give me any updates. I tried to follow up several times directly with HR, but they didn't respond. I feel like my time and effort weren't valued here. Such a bad experience.
