This is a four-part interview process that gives you a good idea of the company and what they expect. First, it's a get-to-know-you chat where they'll ask about your career hopes and what the company does. Then, they'll go over the compensation plan. After that, you'll shadow a sales consultant to see what the job is like. Finally, they'll check if the job is a good fit for you.

Behavioral Case

I was already working as a substitute with STS, so for the building substitute position, I just had to interview with the principal. They asked me more questions than I expected, and I thought since I was already working with STS, it wouldn't be that difficult. The interview included questions about different teaching scenarios and how I would handle them, and I had to give a lot of examples of how I've dealt with various situations. I'm sure the interview process might differ for other school districts, but this was my experience in GVSD.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell me about a situation where you had to manage a difficult parent. What was your approach, and what would you do differently next time?
  • How would you handle specific teaching scenarios?
  • Share some examples of times you successfully navigated different types of situations.
