Technical Behavioral

It was a long and drawn out interview process, with little outreach between touch points to keep you in the loop of what was going on. Lots of unnecessary steps like skills assessments and 60-90 minute interviews with very few questions that pertain to the job or your skills.

It took about a month for them to get back to me after I applied. The interview process wasn't that long. The interviewer explained the business operations and what my role would entail. It wasn't a challenging process.

Presentation Behavioral

Some candidates are asked to submit a one-way video interview before a formal interview with the team. There are around 5 prompts and you can re-record your answers. The point is for the team to get to know you, so don't overthink it. HR was nice and friendly. I didn't get a second interview, but it was a simple and pleasant experience.
